Amol’s story starts with hard work: laying his first piece of tile at thirteen, helping his father complete a fix-and-flip by eighteen, and later running renovation and property-management projects across the metro area. He’s walked job sites, pulled permits, negotiated bids, and turned undervalued houses into profitable investments. Because he’s experienced every stage of real estate—from swinging a hammer to sitting at the closing table—Amol brings a 360-degree understanding of what truly drives value in a home.

Before earning his license, he launched and ran multiple successful businesses tied to real estate and construction.
